Job Role: Legal Administrator
Location: Bengaluru
PQE: 3 years
Duties & Responsibilities
• Providing para-legal and administrative support to legal teams based in India and the US;
• Respond to requests for prepared corporate documentation such as U.S. Forms (W-9s), insurance
certificates, and Officer/Director listings;
• Redirect email requests from shared email boxes to appropriate corporate departments;
• Assist with pre-qualification and proposal forms by gathering and compiling information to be
disclosed, updating data from previous years, creating lists of questions that require support;
• Gathering data as instructed by Compliance or Licensing Team to conduct due diligence;
• Send emails and follow-up for responses;
• Review state professional firm websites to confirm licenses are current;
• Pull forms from professional firm websites, as requested;
• Prepare amendment forms for professional licenses for address changes, etc.;
• Prepare and submit check requests to Accounts Payable for payment for firm licenses;
• Submit third party invoices through the Accounts Payable Oracle program for internal approvals;
• Update Legal Reminders with professional license information, as directed.
• Other duties as designated by supervisors, such as
• Record keeping and filing of electronic documents;
• Prepare and format legal and management reports;
• Respond to administration related queries;
• Manage process for execution of documents in line with company policy.
• Liaise with management;
Minimum Qualifications
• At least three (3) years of professional experience (or equivalent educational experience) in
management of government or commercial contract compliance, licensing, business ethics, or
similar regulatory compliance matter;
• Ability to work as a team member and collaborate with others within the department with
customer service approach to working with other departments;
• Must have excellent communication skills, be able to type, and be well versed in Microsoft
Office Programs such as Teams, Word, and Excel;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive workloads.
