What You Will Be Doing?
● Should have end to end understanding of Contract management and key fundamentals of Contract review process
● Drafting, reviewing, and structuring a broad range of commercial contracts such as vendor, technology, nondisclosure agreements, software license agreements, marketing agreements, event contracts, services agreements, and in-bound technology agreements based on playbooks and cross-functional discussions with a global legal team and other internal stakeholders
● Contract negotiations with both clients (across multiple jurisdictions) and if required, internal business teams
● Responsible to review the work performed by other team members as second level reviewer by conducting quality check of legal terms and finalizing the contracts.
● Maintain a centralized database of contract related templates, manage the record keeping of all contracts and its related correspondence and documentation
● Proactively work with internal clients to improve and scale all aspects of contract drafting and negotiation process
● Testing and training on the emerging relevant tools and other technologies in importance to support the services
● Being diligent of benchmarking and market intelligence information on industry trends in the business space
● Assisting the team with RFI/RFP responses, reviews, and opportunities for the organization
● Provide legal support on various business initiatives and projects
● Provide guidance on contract related matters to cross-functional project team members
● Maintain an excellent work relationship with the internal stakeholders while addressing contractual obligations/queries
● Training and mentoring of subordinates and new joiners of the team
● Undertaking preliminary refreshers/trainings and diligently executing all the assignments
● Setting up performance evaluation criteria (OKR/KPI) for respective reportees

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications
● Bachelor’s Degree in law from an accredited University in India
● LLM or Relevant Post Graduation will be an added advantage
● 10-12 years of experience post-graduation, either as in-house counsel or at a legal process outsourcing firm (preferably ALSP)
● Strong work ethics, legal acumen, and effective interpersonal abilities.
● Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Office
● Awareness of processes, workflows, and operational procedures, and the ability to design and quickly learn
● Competent in assessment and usage of contract and compliance-based tools
● Capacity to function well in a diverse team
● Highest ethical standards and high professional integrity
