Job Role: eDiscovery Analyst 

Location: Gurgaon 

PQE: 0-2 years 

Responsibilities: 

• Save costs by detecting and fixing issues/flaws early in the process life cycle
• Improve compliance to operational and client standards
• Verify the quality and accuracy of client work being performed at ULx
• Prevent inaccuracies, non-billable re-work and any potential financial give-backs for quality misses
• Help set and maintain high quality standards and shift focus from detecting issues to their prevention
• Systematically audit data and processes

Qualifications: 

• 0 – 2 years of experience being part of a team
• Working knowledge of Relativity, eDiscovery, nuix, law, JIRA and other review platforms will be preferred
• Detailed planning and organizational skills
• Exceptional written, electronic and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding and efficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize requests based on deadlines.
• Communicate frequently and professionally with Project Managers and project team
• Ability to stretch incase of project requirements.
• Open to work in 24X7 shifts
• Provide exceptional customer service for existing and prospective clients
