Job Role: Human Resource Specialist 

Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai

PQE: 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of all HR services.
• The day-to-day operation of the firm, including tracking sick days/vacation days.
• Performance management.
• Recruitment and selection process.
• Assisting with employee training and managing the firm’s compliance program.
• Manage staff communication and feedback through such avenues as staff meetings and. one-on-one meetings.
• Provide necessary education and materials to the team, including the organization of workshops and in-house training programs.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a law firm or a professional services firm.
• Graduated from a recognised HR program.
• Knowledge of general principles of recruiting, staffing systems and tools.
• Experience in managing applicant databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while paying close attention to detail.
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
