Job Role: Human Resource Specialist
PQE: 3-5 years
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of all HR services.
- The day-to-day operation of the firm, including tracking sick days/vacation days.
- Performance management.
- Recruitment and selection process.
- Assisting with employee training and managing the firm’s compliance program.
- Manage staff communication and feedback through such avenues as staff meetings and. one-on-one meetings.
- Provide necessary education and materials to the team, including the organization of workshops and in-house training programs.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a law firm or a professional services firm.
- Graduated from a recognised HR program.
- Knowledge of general principles of recruiting, staffing systems and tools.
- Experience in managing applicant databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while paying close attention to detail.
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
