Job Role: Client Enablement Executive
Location: Pune

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a product/client enablement executive you will be directly accountable for the overall success of the implementation/ roll-out of the products according to strict deadlines and to budget. You will be responsible for overall execution including planning, overall approach, target market/customer, technologies, time frames, deliverables, scope, risk, efforts, etc. It also includes defining or adopting the specific process/procedures that will be used to manage the product.
As a delivery executive, you must work closely with your manager in constantly championing the product features and functionality and you must explain/demonstrate your product capabilities and benefits of the product to other USIL team members, to new employees, sales team, customers, etc., anytime.
Your overall Key Result Areas include:

Key Responsibilities
•You are expected to understand the process for Configuration modeling for all products
•You are expected to bring a problem-solving attitude to Conflict resolution and negotiation skills to resolve disagreements quickly and effectively
•Conceptualize and formulate best of solutions in close collaboration with businesses that effectively address key implementation objectives.
•Establish enablement priorities and project plans for the clients
Proposals/Estimations:
•Produce proposal submissions in conjunction with senior employees from across the Company.
•Consult with senior Company employees and key stakeholders to define a solution that will fulfil the customer requirements.
Project Planning
•Effectively plan and manage projects in alignment with the objectives.
•Prepare and manage Project Plans, including timelines, key milestones, budgets and resource requirements, which ensure the successful delivery of the project
Project Execution
•Manage projects and ensure key outcomes, contractual requirements, and key deliverables are met.
•Manage the project plan in conjunction with Senior Managers to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
•Coordinate the use of Company resources.
•Work within the team to ensure effective communication.
•Ensure all contractual invoices are produced and payments are met.
•Cooperate in building a team culture focused on collaboration, value delivery and satisfying stakeholder needs.
Project Reporting
•Ensure that all client communications are dealt with in a professional manner, within agreed timeframes and are recorded within the project records.
•Fulfill project administrative requirements, by ensuring that all project management information is recorded, and all client interactions are reported within the project records.
Project Closure
•Maintain a periodic project review and project completion report in conjunction with other key stakeholders.
•Review & communicate key learnings of each Phase of the Project until closure.
•Ensure that all administration and financial activities are completed upon project finalization.
