Responsibilities
● Team management –
supervise technical specialists, issue follow-up and ownership of projects from discovery through deployment, and balance work among team members according to skills and individual workload.
● Technical planning and preparation–
analysis of technical requirements, solution proposals, and risk analysis
● Code Quality Assurance
Code highly configurable and performant software solutions, Conduct consistent and thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainability
Information gathering, status reports creation, issue-solving recommendations, provide technical guidance to other team members, Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions that stand the test of time.
● Ideate on improving –
The development process, including determining best practices, tools, technologies, and frameworks based on the needs of the project.
