Job Role: Marketing Manager

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

– 4 years of experience in inbound marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.

– Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing successful inbound marketing campaigns.

– Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools.

– Proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).

– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.

– Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

– Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

– Collaborative team player who can work effectively across departments.

– Prior experience with SaaS startups is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive inbound marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience needs.

Content Creation: Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content such as blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, webinars, videos, infographics, and more to address pain points, educate prospects, and showcase the value of our solutions.

SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, monitor search engine trends, and optimize website content to improve organic search visibility and drive relevant traffic.

Lead Generation: Implement lead generation tactics, including gated content, landing pages, and calls-to-action, to capture and nurture leads through targeted email marketing and marketing automation workflows.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously analyze and optimize conversion paths to increase the effectiveness of lead capture and improve overall website performance.

Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with the community, and share relevant content across appropriate platforms.

Analytics and Reporting: Utilize marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for campaign enhancements.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales goals, provide sales enablement materials, and gather feedback for ongoing improvement.

Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging best practices in B2B SaaS marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
