Job Role: Document Automation Student

Key DimensionsFor The Specific Area Of Focus
- Identify and scope document automation opportunities: Assist Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the practice identify and scope opportunities for document automation. Working with them to help breakdown complex documentation and processes, into key data points and logic steps that can be used to design innovative and efficient approaches to document drafting.
- Develop and support digital solutions: Assist with using a combination of Document Automation software (Contract Express) and MS Office applications, to help create and maintain digital solutions and versions of legal documents. Transforming static or manual documents and processes into interactive tools for lawyers that help increase consistency and efficiency in the drafting process.
- Networking: Quickly establish working relationships with colleagues in the Practice, Legal Operations and other Business Teams, that will support the effective delivery of document automation solutions and help maximise their benefits to the firm.
- Innovative culture: Assist with the creation of an innovation and efficiency culture across the practice and business teams, by helping promote and encourage wider adoption of document automation approaches and solutions.
