Job Role: Business Development Manager
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities
- Identifying new sales leads for legal tech solutions.
- Effectively pitching software solutions to senior management (CXO level) through a consultative process to match their needs.
- Maintaining collaborative relationships with new and existing clients.
- Managing end-to-end sales process – lead research, warm calling, Demo and consultation, preparing proposals, leading negotiations, and closing and post-sales revenue assurance.
- Initiative to build incremental knowledge in Legal-domain technology Solutioning.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Open to traveling pan India for Business meetings.
Qualifications
- Post Graduate degree (MBA) from an established / Tier 2 – 3 Institution.
- 5 – 7 years’ prior industry-related business development experience, with individual contributor role and sales targets above 3-4 Cr per annum.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in boot-strap product GTMs / Government procurement process is an added advantage.
- Focused and goal-oriented.
