Job Role: Business Development Manager

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities

  • Identifying new sales leads for legal tech solutions.
  • Effectively pitching software solutions to senior management (CXO level) through a consultative process to match their needs.
  • Maintaining collaborative relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Managing end-to-end sales process – lead research, warm calling, Demo and consultation, preparing proposals, leading negotiations, and closing and post-sales revenue assurance.
  • Initiative to build incremental knowledge in Legal-domain technology Solutioning.
  • Target-oriented approach.
  • Open to traveling pan India for Business meetings.

Qualifications

  • Post Graduate degree (MBA) from an established / Tier 2 – 3 Institution.
  • 5 – 7 years’ prior industry-related business development experience, with individual contributor role and sales targets above 3-4 Cr per annum.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in boot-strap product GTMs / Government procurement process is an added advantage.
  • Focused and goal-oriented.
