Qualification and Experience –

• CA/CS/LLB
• 1+ years of PQE working with a Registered Insolvency Professional, worked on at least 1 Resolution Plans end to end, experience in Corporate Business Restructuring. 

2. Associate – Legal & Risk
Qualification & Experience-

• 1 – 3 years of PQE working for a tier – 1 law firm, corporate legal department, or other professional firms.
• Understanding of commercial laws and their implications.
