Role: Manager- Business Recruiting and Corporate Finance

Location: Gurugram 

PQE: 2-4 years 

Core Responsibilities:

• Real-time discussions and support to resolution professionals and potential clients and spread awareness about interim financing management solutions

• Build and maintain relationships with existing/potential businesses and resolution professionals

• Abreast with end-to-end deal cycle, legal and finance concepts

• Analyse data to generate insights to drive investment decisions

• Preparation and presentation of pitch decks

• Creating and validating legal and debt recovery products to create new business opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

• CA/MBA/LL.B

• 2-4 years of experience working for Big4 restructuring/Resolutions Professional/Law firm

• Rich experience in networking and negotiations
