Job Role: Associate/Analyst
Location: Gurgaon
PQE: 1-2 years
Core Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain relationships with existing/potential investors
· Transaction support including preparation of information memorandums, financial models, business plans
· Abreast with end-to-end deal cycle, financial models, and accounting concepts
· Analyse financial data to generate insights on the market and test newer structured products

· Be self-directed, go-getter willing to roll-up sleeves and make things happen; able to work autonomously as well as in a geographically dispersed team

· Possess superior analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Qualifications & Experience
· 1-2 years of experience working in a front-end role in a VC/PE/Big4/Investment Boutique/Family Office
· Rich experience in transactions, financial modelling, strategy, and valuation
