PQE: 2-5 Years in the legal industry

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Coordinating and supporting the recruitment process.
• Coordinating with the clients for their requirements.
• Determining suitable salaries and remuneration.
• Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.
• Developing adequate induction and training.
• Assisting with the performance and compliance management along with reviewing process.
