Legal Counsel
PQE: 3-5 years
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Draft, negotiate customer contracts and commercial agreements.
- Create SOPs and contract standardization processes to improve business scalability.
- Strengthen existing corporate policies, supervisory oversight on compliance.
- Coordinate with key internal stakeholders and proactively provide counsel, strategic guidance and value-added support on legal issues.
- Work with the marketing team to promote legal and regulatory awareness around Leegality’s solutions.
- As and when needed, lead the expansion of the team and mentor and train the internal legal team.
- Identify and resolve legal risks in connection with the development of proprietary solutions.
Education and Prior Experience:
- 3-5 years of working experience with leading corporate clients and commercial law firms.
- Drafting, negotiating, vetting Indian commercial agreements.
- Legal Research and Writing skills.
- LLB or equivalent from a reputed University.
- Willing to join immediately.
- Previous work experience with an information technology company/ startup is preferred.
- Previous work experience related to information technology laws, RBI and SEBI regulations.

Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop product marketing strategies that would include feature advertising, product launches, usage expansion among existing customers.

Strategize, develop and execute regular multi-channel product marketing campaigns designed to a. Attract prospective customers and b. educate existing customers about new ways of product use

Craft compelling messages across marketing channels that highlight the key benefits and use cases of Leegality’s various tools. The above would involve the creation and distribution of landing pages, ad campaigns etc across marketing channels

Set-up a content delivery process well-aligned business needs to drive the revenue of the company

Systematically test marketing product features, releases, ad copy and so on to help implement the most effective one.

Use data and objective insights to evaluate and gain visibility over product use by existing customers and project future trends.

Evaluate product success using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers – and leverage this to create new and relevant content
Requirements:

Experience of at least 2-3 years as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manageror similar role SaaS experience would be preferred.

Background in copywriting is a plus

Familiar with B2B Product Marketing tactics which would include integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, multi-channel distribution, targetted campaigns at different stages of the sales funnel and so on

Customer Success Manager
Location: Gurgaon(NCR)/ Mumbai/ Bangalore
Responsibilities:
• Act as a techno-functional consultant and provide recommendations on the process to Leegality’s Enterprise clients
• Configure and manage client’s use of Leegality; Assist and Train clients to do it on their own.
• Devise engagement plans that consider customer business goals and map product capabilities to achieve these goals.
• Drive product adoption, increasing overall retention and achieve process success for customers.
• Support clients to resolve queries or bugs, as and when required.
• Gather feedback on product experience during the entire customer lifecycle via targeted surveys.
• Share best practices with clients on how to achieve product success with Leegality.
• Identify risks proactively, mitigate and escalate as deemed appropriate.
• Identify prime targets for up-sell/cross-sell and engage Sales team to execute on those opportunities.
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in Tech products/ SaaS /Cloud products in any role.
• Experience in dealing with Enterprise customers would be preferred.
• Understanding of SaaS would be preferred.
• Understanding of BFSI would be preferred.
• MS Excel, Word and Power-point.
• Willing to join immediately ideally within April/May.
• Comfortable with joining and working remotely for the time being.
