Job Role: Marketing & Business Development 

Location: Bengaluru

PQE: 2-3 years

Requirements: 

– Research target companies and markets in alignment with the marketing strategy;

– Develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with the leadership to achieve shared goals;

-Create proposal sections that are organized, succinct and persuasive to comply with client requirements aimed at winning new business;

-Support ongoing business development activities;

-Design proposal responses and pitches to include extensive writing and editing of company information, proposal text, and graphics;

-Drive Social Media Channels and contribute to the extended engagement on all social platforms;

– Drive the creation and distribution of various marketing and proposal qualification materials;

– Work closely with technology teams, in areas of Business Marketing, Mobile, and Website Platform;

– Gather data and create graphs, charts, infographics and Pivot Tables;

– Coordinates competitive market intelligence to understand the execution strategies of competitors.

Qualifications/skills of an ideal candidate for this position

– Initiative, creative problem solving, and good judgment;

– Team player and professional appearance and manner;

– Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook;

– Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments and multitask;

– Ability to handle short deadlines and work under changing conditions;

– Can ensure effective control of business results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of objectives falls within designated budgets;

– 2–4-year business experience preferred or equivalent experience in the related job description
