Job Role: Head- Legal Tech

Responsibilities: 

1. Overseeing the development and implementation of legal tech solutions: As

the lead of the team, you will be responsible for identifying legal needs for our

Product- JUSTECH and developing solutions to meet those needs. This may

involve overseeing the development and implementation of new legal tech

solutions, as well as managing the maintenance and improvement of existing

solutions.

2. Managing team members: You will be responsible for managing team

members, including their performance, training, and coaching. You will need

to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and resources to

perform their job functions effectively.

3. Collaborating with other teams: Legal tech solutions often require

collaboration with other departments, such as Technology Team and Sales

Team. You will need to build relationships with these teams and collaborate

with them to ensure that legal tech solutions are integrated smoothly with

other systems and processes.

4. Staying up-to-date with legal tech trends: As the legal tech industry evolves

rapidly, you will need to stay up-to-date with legal tech trends and emerging

technologies.

5. Have been a good team players and leading team with requisite soft skills

6. Overall, as the Head of a Legal Tech team, your job responsibilities will

involve a mix of technical, managerial, and legal tasks, requiring a strong

understanding of legal issues and a deep knowledge of technology and
