Job Role: AVP- Litigation Support

What you’ll do:
- Ensuring timely, accurate, and quality reporting to the Board and Board committees, relevant stakeholders including Finance, Audit, and other members of the business and the Legal team
- Assist the accountable lawyer in managing, consolidating and tracking all internal reporting of relevant information from local and regional legal teams to the Global Litigation team. Ensure relevant policies and procedures around local, regional and global reporting protocols are accurate and up-to-date
- Assist in drafting Investor and other Q&A documents based on local/ regional and global reporting of relevant legal matters
- Assist in drafting Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement matter updates for internal and external reporting, including in company regulaotry filings and reports
- Maintain and develop positive and professional working relationships with all internal stakeholders, including the Audit, Finance, Communications, and Global Legal teams
What you will need to succeed in the role:
- Any Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in Business or Legal operations
- Highly organized and able to work efficiently
- Very detail-oriented, while at the same time able to connect dots between numerous different reports and information channels
- Ability to prioritise
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
