Job Role: Manager, Business Partnerships

Location: Gurugram

PQE: 3 years

Job Responsibilities

• Establish a systematic process for Partner Outreach and Relationship Management with the Incubators and their affiliated Startups
• Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with Partners
• Get new B2B Partnership sign-ups as per Targets
• Reach out to VCs, Startup Incubators and Co-working establishments for partnership alliances
• Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals
• Encourage and supervise any collaborations and engagements with Partners
• Negotiate and finalize commercial deals with partners and alliances to achieve Business and Revenue targets
• Attend various industry conferences and networking events to create new partnership opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Proven ability towards constructive networking.

• Team player and multitasker with exceptional organizational skills
