Job Role: Coordinator- Elevated Experience

Location: Gurgaon

PQE: 1+ years

Responsibilities & QualificationsSpecifically, the Coordinator – Elevated Experience will :

  • Responsible for scrutinizing all the requests of the customer and enter the relevant information in the database.
  • Responsible to send out emails to the customers for follow-ups, estimates or delivering the service reports.
  • Responsible to work on multiple tasks with quick turnaround.
  • Responsible to collaborate with the sales team to process ad hoc requests.
  • Acts as an intermediary between internal teams and customers.
  • Responsible for attending the sales meeting to ensure the customer needs fulfilled.
  • Work on special projects as needed including data entry, electronic filing, organizing documents, etc.
  • Understand and work competently in a virtual environment.
  • Quickly learn new systems and adapt to new processes.
  • Be part of a dynamic team who works together to help our client succeed.

Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in Operations department or US Healthcare.
  • Experience working in a growing, fast-paced organization with a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent track record in previous Client support/Customer Service engagements.
  • Experience working directly with a US client.
