Job Role: Legal Business Operations Lead
Location: Delhi
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the head of Legal Transformation to manage mobilization, measurement, and reporting processes for key re-invention initiatives to ensure progress against identified targets.
- Serve as liaison between the Legal Finance Team and the Legal functions. Build strong working relationships across Legal and communicate key financial messages to stakeholders with clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate with finance to run Legal’s annual budget forecasting and reforecasting processes to provide important business context to finance and support functional teams in their strategic planning.
- Lead legal’s recruiting and headcount management efforts to ensure hiring in line with financial plans and consistent headcount reporting and forecasts are available to legal and finance leaders.
- Identify and deliver of continuous impro
- Ability to identify and manage process improvement initiatives, including defining the project approach, knowledge and competence in identifying risks, issues and dependencies, and a variety of managing stakeholders through the projects completion.
- Expert in Excel and fluency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
