Meghana is the Founder and CEO of TrustIn, an early-stage startup with a secure, sensitive SaaS solution to address workplace sexual harassment at scale. The TrustIn Enterprise and Superadmin systems serve 35 clients, catering to 37500+ users. She’s also a certified POSH [Prevention of Sexual Harassment] consultant and advisor.
She’s a graduate of University of California, Berkeley and most recently led the program at the CoWrks Foundry, a business accelerator for early-stage tech companies.
She’s managed multiple programs, projects and people in the social impact space, at major nonprofits including Teach For India and Make A Difference. She’s passionate about harnessing the power of technology for enabling impact at scale.
Her journey is amazing and compelling to inspire our professionals and industry at large. Interestingly, she is not a lawyer but intrinsically understands the nuances of POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) law to intersect and provide a tech-enabled solution for the implementation and management of this legislation. We will delve into how she is “Empowering Women through Tech and Innovation”.
