Job Role: Enterprise Sales Manager

Location: Bengaluru

PQE: 9+ years

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Create ideal buyer personas, and unique persona-specific messaging, and design outbound campaigns for lead generation.
  • Sales Outreach: Generate leads and schedule sales meetings by using multiple communication strategies, including call pitches, social media outreach, and other sales technologies.
  • Client Acquisition: Conduct sales meetings with prospects and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to drive client acquisition.
  • Pipeline Management: Build a robust sales pipeline and manage the complete lifecycle of assigned accounts, from lead generation to closure.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and identify market opportunities.
  • Market Study: Continuously update knowledge of the industry, competitor products, and market trends to effectively position the solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Process optimization: Identify areas of improvement, and recommend and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Sales reporting: Regularly update CRM, analyze key sales metrics, and provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Experience in selling LegalTech solutions will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 9+ years of sales experience in enterprise sales (SaaS) in the Indian market
  • Familiarity with enterprise technology solutions, SaaS models, and CRM systems
  • Ability to work effectively and maintain high performance
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage, influence, and persuade stakeholders
