Job Role: Specialist- Solutions Architecture
Location: Mumbai
What will you do? Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Business Analyst.
- Share best practices and be consultative to the Business Analyst throughout duration of the project.
- Produce a detailed Solution Design Document to match customer requirements with product first approach.
- Challenge the norms and produce out of the box solutions aligning to industry and technology trends.
- Participate in training design, documentation, and delivery efforts in conjunction with the Business Analyst.
- Participate and lead, when needed, project meetings in the absence of the BA.
- Interface with the development team and provide hands on guidance where necessary.
- Maintain all necessary certifications.
- Participate in pre sales activities.
- Survey market landscape for solution insights, direction, and methods.
What do you need to know?
- B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent preferred
- Solid and relevant experience in Software Development, Architecture, Business Analysis, and solutions architecture
- Experience with Architecture Patterns, micro services architecture, data modelling, Web/app technologies, Cloud technologies like AWS or Azure.
- Extensive hands-on experience in ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, C#, Javascript, JQuery, HTML/CSS, Entity Framework and LINQ
- Experience on Xunit &/or Nunit and Selenium
- SQL, Stored procedures and functons. SQL Data modeling
- Exposure to working in CI/CD environment/tools e.g. Jenkins
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs
- Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints
- Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities
- Should have participated in, and be familiar with, SDLC and Agile (Scrum) project methodologies
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Able to work successfully under tight project deadlines and pressure
