Job Role: Analyst eDiscovery
Location: Palwal
PQE: 5 years
Responsibilities & Qualifications Specifically, the Analyst will :
- Support PM’s and customer through the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle.
- Prepare saved searches, run search term reports, quality control checks, and more in RelativityOne.
- Support issue resolution activities.
- Document key project decisions and metrics.
- Oversee collection workflows.
- Manage Hold Notices.
- Work with global application admins to prepare for eDiscovery requests.
- Track requests in Application Inventory Repository.
- Act as technical resources for the Litigation team.
- Assist in responding to eDiscovery related issues in RFPs.
- Collaborate with customer data privacy team regarding local geographic regulations for hold notices, collection, and production.
Experience :
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in eDiscovery is required.
- Thorough knowledge and experience of the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle.
- RelativityOne Certified Professional and Relativity Certified Administrators preferred (not required).
Skills for Success:
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and attention to detail.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and text editors.
- Basic understanding of structured and unstructured data storage and retrieval.
- RelativityOne administration (and familiarity with other eDiscovery tools).
Qualifications
- Graduate in any field from a premier institute or related experience.
