Job Role: Implementation Specialist
Location: Remote
PQE: 1-2 years
What You Will do
- Work as part of a professional services delivery team to configure robust, scalable, and maintainable Agiloft systems
- Act as Implementer on Enterprise projects under the guidance of Solution Architects
- Lead implementation efforts for commercial projects
- Support EMEA customer projects (some early AM ET calls required)
- Lead effective design sessions to capture and document customer requirements
- Write detailed specifications and configure low complexity implementations
- Handle customer interactions and initial escalation calls with a solutions-focused approach
- Deliver clear documentation and effective training
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to continually improve our product
- Provide advisory services to our Agiloft Partners for commercial projects
- Contribute to internal projects that continuously improve our overall implementation process and our customers’ success

Job Requirements
- Technical background preferably with a 4-year college degree
- 1-2 years working as an implementer or demonstrated equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, technical, and writing skills
- Strong analytical and logic skills, attention to detail, creativity, familiarity with web-based SaaS technologies and database concepts, and a growth mindset
- Ability to manage timelines, business requirements and customer expectations on commercial projects
- A desire to go beyond the job description to impact the success of an exciting growth stage company

- Prior experience with LegalTech in general and with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) specifically:
- Implementation experience with systems like Salesforce, MS Dynamics; CLM and CLM-adjacent products related to Sourcing, Procurement, Matter Management, CPQ
- Advanced experience with Excel or other data wrangling tools like Alteryx, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with scripting, coding, and/or API integrations
