Job Role: Content Marketing Specialist

Content Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.
- Conduct thorough research on the legaltech industry, legal trends, and target audience preferences to identify content opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to understand business objectives and incorporate them into content plans.
- Create an editorial calendar to ensure consistent content production and timely delivery.
Content Creation:
- Produce high-quality, engaging, and informative content in various formats, such as blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, and social media posts.
- Write compelling copy that aligns with the company’s voice, brand guidelines, and target audience’s needs.
- Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to gather insights and produce thought leadership content.
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and shareable on relevant digital platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other content creators to enhance the visual appeal of the content.
Content Distribution and Promotion:
- Utilize various marketing channels, including the company website, blog, social media platforms, email marketing, and external publications, to distribute and promote content effectively.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Leverage industry influencers and build relationships with them to expand content reach.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to improve content effectiveness.
Thought Leadership and Industry Awareness:
- Stay updated with the latest legaltech trends, industry news, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for thought leadership content.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to position the company as an industry leader.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to create content that addresses common legal challenges, educates the audience, and showcases the company’s expertise.
- Identify speaking and guest blogging opportunities to establish the company’s presence at industry events and publications.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Content Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the legal or technology industry.
- In-depth knowledge of content marketing strategies, digital marketing channels, and SEO best practices.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using content management systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Experience with social media management and the ability to leverage various social media platforms effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with different teams.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas.
