Job Role: Senior Content Writer

Location: Pune

PQE: 5-7 years

Responsibilities

● Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals.

● Own creation of marketing programs, and multiple key traffic drivers, to acquire new customers.

● Conduct in-depth analyses to determine program effectiveness and to continuously improve programs and site initiatives

● Present to senior management

● Deliver engaging content on a regular basis and inspire team members

● Edit, proofread, and improve the content

● You will work closely with our customer success, engagement and delivery teams, product, and sales teams to ensure that our content marketing efforts are aligned with our overall marketing strategy and

are effectively driving leads and conversions.

● Share content through various channels, ensuring a strong web presence

● Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends

● Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns

● Assist in ABM, outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.)

Requirements and skills

● 5-7 years of work experience as a Content writer, Marketing Specialist, or similar role

● Experience guiding creative input, development, and execution from concept to completion

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas and persuade stakeholders.

● Experience managing teams

● Project management skills and attention to detail

● Bachelor’s degree and MBA from Tier 1 B-School in Liberal Arts, Journalism, Marketing or a relevant field
