Job Role: Technical Lead

Location: Pune

PQE: 7+ years

Responsibilities –

● Team management – supervise technical specialists, issue follow-up and ownership of projects from discovery through deployment, and balance work among team members according to skills and individual workload.

● Technical planning and preparation- analysis of technical requirements, solution proposals, and risk analysis

● Code Quality Assurance – Code highly configurable and performant software solutions – Conduct consistent and thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality, and maintainability

● Communication – Information gathering, status reports creation, issue-solving recommendations, provide technical guidance to other team members. – Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions that stand the test of time

● Ideate on improving – The development process, including determining best practices, tools, technologies, and frameworks based on the needs of the project Who will be the best fit for us

● Having excellent software development skills with 7+ years of experience and a knack for improving user experience

● Strong leadership and organizational abilities

● Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Able to analyze new and changing scenarios and adapt the project to them.

● Ability to hire and train junior developers
