Job Role: Case Analyst
Location: Gurugram
Detailed JD:
A Case Agent is required to,
1. Assist the team in recovery and collection processes;
2. Connect all stakeholders, via VC or other mediums, and sensitize them about the functioning of the end-to-end technologically enabled platform;
3. Technologically streamline the processes through their dashboard which may include and are not limited to creating tasks, uploading documents, etc.
4. Carry out research, as directed.
Eligibility:
– Graduate
– Must be proficient in English
– Must have basic knowledge of using technology
– Must be willing to grow and learn
– Freshers are also welcome
– Excellent communication skills
