Job Role: Human Resources and Administrative Supervisor
Location: Bangkok
Key responsibilities
The HR & Admin Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the human resource and administrative department not limited to:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems;
- Managing the entire recruitment process, which includes the pre-onboarding and onboarding process;
- Managing employee benefits and compensation;
- Organizing trainings;
- Supporting annual company activities such as retreats, annual celebrations, internal town halls, company trips, etc;
- Becoming the key contact person for administrative matters of the company, such as office management, facilities management, and budgeting;
- Liaising and communicating with suppliers;
- Maintaining personnel records and ensure they are kept confidential;
- Other responsibilities in the areas of HR and administrative functions of the firm; and
- Other tasks required by Chief Operating Officer.
