Job Role: Risk Operations Analyst 

Location: Mumbai 

PQE: 2-5 Years 

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the day-to-day individual contributor, ensuring completion of all BAU related activities in documentation unit.
• Create utilities for information gathering and sharing, which will enable better business decision-making tools to mitigate risks within the CRMS framework.
• Work closely with business partners, Legal team and operations to manage escalations and exception handling.
• Manage Concurrent Audit and ensure timey submission of data ; Handling Internal Control Assessments and Audits
• Manage the safekeeping secure room and ensure that documents are safekept in line with the set policy and procudures
• Identify areas to enhance quality and / or improve processes. Work closely with team to provide feedback to continuously improve document management technology and work flow
• Work on special and adhoc projects for CRMS
• Deliver on all local, regional and global requirements that bring standardization and benchmark controls.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years previous experience
• Technical writing a plus.
• Ability to prioritize deliverables and work independent of direct supervision.
• Ability to influence key decision makers.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple business lines and levels of management.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
