Job Role: Product Manager 

Location: Remote 

Responsibilities:

  • Build the product strategy and roadmap in line with customers’ problems and the company’s vision.

  • Ship new products and enhancements to existing products by working closely with a cross-functional team of designers, developers, analysts & business leads. 

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

  • Translate complex business goals into product solutions by writing PRDs, user stories & creating wireframes. 

  • Identify market opportunities with research and competitive analysis and integrate it into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.

  • Listen to the clients on an ongoing basis, be a trusted advisor and work towards aligning our offerings to their expectations.

  • Communicate product solutions and offerings effectively internally and externally and be a champion for Leegality’s products.

  • Collaborate with technical writers & content creators to maintain world-class product documentation including API documentation, FAQs & Knowledge Base. 

  • Collaborate with data analysts to analyze product successes & failures and develop a data driven approach to product development. 

  • Stay updated with the emerging trends in technical architecture, user experience & digital public infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in SaaS/ Tech product companies working as a product manager.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. 

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, and comfortable in using tools like Excel/Google Sheets/MySQL. 

  • Strong understanding of design principles & ability to create effective wireframes using modern tools like Figma.

  • Practical understanding of APIs and modern web development frameworks. 

  • Comfortable working in a faced paced environment and solving abstract & complex problems. 

Good to have (not mandatory): 

  • Prior experience or demonstrable interest in products built by leveraging digital infrastructure such as eSign, eKYC, payments or in SAAS products.

  • A background in computer science or business education. 

  • Prior experience working as developer, designer or business consultant.
