Job Role: Change Manager and Agile Coach
Location: Bengaluru
Role and Responsibilities:
Strategy
-
- To support the Legal, CoSec and SIS (LCS) COO team in managing change for all IT and non-IT projects to ensure that changes to a product or system are introduced in a controlled and coordinated manner.

- To act as an Agile DeliveryCoach to help support LCS in its continued transformation journey.
Business
-
- Effective implementation of the Change Management framework within the function which includes overall ownership to drive, project manage and execute the Change Management initiatives for the LCS team.

- Manage the Project investment budget on BAU change. Drive a disciplined budget process and accurate forecasting, including the development of capacity plans as required, to deliver on budget outcomes.

- Own the overall Agile transformation journey of the function using various IT and non-IT agile frameworks. Work with various teams as the Scrum Master, driving the agile manifesto and bringing a mindset change for the involved parties to embrace the new ways of working.

- Manage vendors (both IT and non-IT) tightly on spend and progress against delivery schedules

- Coordinate and consider inputs from all teams involved from LCS and Technology.

- Lead the implementation of projects/process improvement initiatives.

- Ensure minimal disruption to services, reduction in back-out activities, and cost-effective utilization of resources involved in implementing change.
Processes

- Manage the project RAIDS and escalate any issue in a timely manner for swift resolution.

- Have an awareness and understanding of the SCB Project ECM team requirements and guidelines on how to run agile projects internally.

- Manage proficiently any governance meetings including, driving a focused agenda, meeting TOR requirements, timely circulation of papers and actions/minutes, and driving actions to completion.

- Maintain all project artefacts and updated to our project Knowledge base on confluence.

- Maintain the project in Clarity and be 100% compliant with the SCB project standards.

- Strong collaboration skills, with an ability to build relationships both within a team and external departments/stakeholders.

- Support Legal COO to deliver operational efficiencies on adhoc projects.
Risk Management

- Have an awareness and understanding of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework in relation to the Legal Operations and project activities as required, and associated policies and standards.

- Maintain up to date and accurate financial plans, risk and issue management, status reporting and schedule management on in scope projects.
Governance

- Have an awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

- Ensure adherence to all Operational Risk Governance by all stakeholders involved.

Ideal candidate:

- Licences and Certifications/accreditations: Scrum Master and Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org or other associations are must, Practitioner certification of Scaled Agile framework like LeSS, SaFE, Scrum@Scale, Spotify, Nexus and Human Centred Design or Design Thinking are plus.

- PMP, PRINCE 2, ITIL (good to have)

- Strong communication skills in English

- Strong Project Management experience, with good understanding of Legal environment
