Job Description: 

As the Frontend Technical Lead for Contract Creation, you’ll be leading the design and implementation efforts. SpotDraft solves a number of key customer pain points in the creation process including custom and dynamic templating, and multi-party approvals while giving flexibility for enterprise use cases. As a technical leader of the core development crew, you’ll be interfacing with various engineering, product, sales, QA, and customer success teams to ensure that SpotDraft is able to deliver the most customer-friendly experience in the minimal time possible. You will spend a lot of time understanding business problems reviewing design docs, conducting code reviews, and writing the most performant and cleanest code ever.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide technical leadership in the form of best practices and processes
  • Identify bottlenecks in process and software architecture to allow the team to move faster
  • Develop new user-facing features and ensure timely delivery from the team
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
  • Perform code reviews and design reviews
  • What you’ll need:
  • Proficiency in web markup, including HTML and CSS3 and preprocessors like SASS and webpack
  • Experience leading a team, at least in a technical capacity
  • Expertise using at least one JavaScript framework such as Angular8+, ReactJS, etc in a production environment
  • Deep understanding of asynchronous JavaScript concepts like promises and how they apply to request handling & data flow in complex applications
  • Experience with Redux or similar Client-side State Management tools

Qualifications: 

  • Have Angular + Redux experience
  • Have a strong portfolio of side-projects
  • Have prior experience building large-scale web applications
  • Have experience leading a team
