Role: Analyst, Information Management and Governance
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
PQE: 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Gathering business requirements and preparing documentation of processes, required functionality, implementation approach, and testing scenarios
- Analyzing functional requirements and business processes
- Implementing processes and/or systems per client requirements
- Interacting and communicating with clients as needed
- Drafting specifications documentation for functional and technical resources
- Understanding and summarizing contract documents
- Sorting, organizing, and improving clients’ contract data
Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
- High client service ethic and a proven record for delivering high client satisfaction to external and internal clients
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting, both in person and remotely
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas clearly
- Ability to manage multiple requests, assess priorities and work within tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work overtime and ability to travel
- Understand Business process and objectives of your client
- Functional knowledge of the basic Microsoft Office suite
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience working with Legal technology solutions and/or Law department operations experience is highly desired, but not required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University, preferably in Business, Economics, or a STEM field
- Language proficiency beyond English
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project
- Two years’ experience working with large data sets
- Prior work in a legal department setting OR routinely handling contracts in other settings
